I'm looking for a reference for the 60% surveyed who said they would use social marketing to vent their feelings after a poor experience. And where did the 70% of respondents respond that they woudl use social maeid to undertake research? I'm interested because I'm a graduate student in a public relations course and this would be particularly useful to me if I could quote the source. Marmie Edwards
