Company Review Sites and Leaving Comments is Important

Do you spend time leaving comments on other blogs? Does your company have anywhere where others can leave reviews or information regarding your goods and services.

When a customer decides to purchase a product from your website or hire you for a specific service they will research as much as they can online before they pull the trigger and slap their credit card info down on the table. Website like Yelp can be the make or break so if you have happy customers encourage them to leave nice positive comments on website that allow for them. Not having an area for the general public to leave comments could be seen just as bad as someone leaving a negative comment. the online shopping community is easily influenced and all it takes is just a little negative or positive reading material to persuade them to one side or the other. Comments help others making decisions when it comes to purchasing items. It doesn’t matter if it is a pair of socks or a plasma internet shoppers will search. For most online shoppers it only takes a few clicks to see whether they are ready to shop on your website or not. Trust is everything and as time goes on trust will become even more important. With all the scams out there ready to take advantage of un-savvy web surfers potential customers will go to great lengths to make sure business is legit.

    Hi,

    That’s very true.

Comments, positive or negative, are helpful for the customers, companies, and the writers. They help in knowing about how others view a particular aspect. They present a balanced view of any topic.

Customers can go through the comments and decide to buy or not to buy a particular product and/or service. With the kind of comments given by others, they may also want to do a further research about the product and/or the service before making a purchase.

Companies can also immensely benefit from comments as they would come to know about the performance of the product and/or service. They would know the features of the product and/or service that are making it sell or not sell. This information can be used by companies to decide on modifying/upgrading a particular product and/or service, or on bringing out a new one to the market.

Comments also boost the writers in a positive way. Any small piece of writing will make sense if the viewers appreciate it or criticize it. Comments would help the writers to focus on clearing out the negativities of their writeups and further improve thier quality.
